Steve Ballard – Managing Director
Owner and MD of Nuway, Steve Ballard, has worked in the exhibition industry for over 18 years and was originally based in South East London.

He is vastly experienced in all aspects of exhibition and show support services including design and build and has provided top-level support here and abroad.

Steve relocated to the company to the West Midlands 1997.

Louise Collis – Head of Design

A very talented designer with extensive experience in graphic design for exhibition and show projects. Graduated from Bath Spa University College in 1998 with BA (hons) Graphic Design.

Louise worked with Stanco Exhibitions – one of the largest exhibition service providers in the UK for over 5 years and was promoted from Graphic Designer to Stand Designer, and then to Design Manager.

Louise joined Nuway in February 2008 – and now runs the company’s very busy Design Department.
